Mr Cygal’s hearing was damaged at work. We will write a bit more about him in our ‘news’ when we have a spare moment. He is described as lovely. He greatly appreciated his amazing hearing aids that enabled him to hear his granddaughter’s voice. His daughter sent us a wonderful letter.
